5. I can’t find your full list of services/products/prices, why aren’t they listed on your site?

6. Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, we currently are only accepting appointment only due to the increasingly risk associated with COVID-19 and its variants.
7. What should I expect when contacting you for a quote?
Simply contact us via phone or email with what your needs, we will take note of all of your possibilities and email you specific quotes/details that fit your needs. If necessary, schedule an appointment to visit our warehouse and finalize/complete your quoted items.
8. Are your products stored on site for pickup?
We do store items on site, but most orders are customized and specialized per client and will be ordered for future pickup or delivery.
9. Is there a booking fee?
Booking an appointment or service will require a $100 hold in which guarantee your date and time. The hold will be deducted from your total invoice once complete. Please note that if you do not cancel, show, or reschedule within 15 minutes of set appointment, your $100 hold is not refundable.
